Position: Bartender

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a range of drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine, following recipes and our signature creations.

• Engage with customers, take orders, and meet their needs professionally.

• Offer drink recommendations.

• Monitor alcohol consumption to ensure guest safety.

• Set up, clean, and organize bar stations, including washing glassware.

• Restock and maintain a well-supplied bar.

• Stay knowledgeable about all beverages, ingredients, and pricing.

Requirements:

• 2+ years bartending experience.

• Proficient in drink mixing, garnishes, and presentation.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish).

• Reliable and punctual, ensuring consistent attendance.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

• Friendly, with excellent customer service skills.

• Proficiency in using POS systems; experience with Clover POS is a plus.

• Certificate De Salud or willingness to obtain.

Schedule & Location:

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
